If you work six days a week, the standard dental week is useless to you. Clinics open Monday to Saturday and close Sunday — the one day you could actually attend. It is the single commonest reason people postpone treatment until something hurts badly enough to force a day off.
Our week runs Sunday to Friday
Vital Dental Care & Implant Center is open Sunday through Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, and closed on Saturday. Sunday is a normal working day here, with the full range of treatment available: check-ups, cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions and implant consultations. It is not a skeleton emergency service.
Who this suits
- Anyone on a six-day working week, who would otherwise have to take leave.
- Parents, because children's appointments are far easier outside school hours, and a Sunday check-up avoids missing lessons.
- People who work in Dehradun but live outside it, and prefer to travel in on a day off.
- Anyone whose tooth started hurting on Friday night and does not want to wait until Monday.
The evening session matters too
The 16:00 to 20:00 session runs every working day, so if Sunday does not suit, an 18:30 appointment on a weekday usually will. The long midday break is deliberate: it keeps the two sessions unhurried rather than stacking patients back to back.
If you are in pain today
Call and say so. We keep time each day for genuine emergencies — severe toothache, facial swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, or bleeding that will not stop. Describe the symptoms when you call, because swelling and fever are prioritised over a chipped edge.
If you have facial swelling that is spreading, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or fever with dental pain outside our hours, go to a hospital emergency department rather than waiting for us to open. That is a medical emergency, not a dental appointment.
